Lincolnshire Police have closed roads in Louth tonight (Monday, August 19) following a crash. Traffic is heavy and drivers have been told to avoid the A16 and surrounding roads in the area.
Lincolnshire Police said: “We are currently at the scene of a collision at Station Road in Holton-le-Clay. Roads are closed in the area, including the A16 on the Louth side of the collision. Traffic is busy as a result and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.”

The road remains closed around four hours after the accident.
There is still accident investigation work taking place and drivers are being asked to continue to avoid the area.
Traffic is affecting the A16, Holton Le Clay between Louth and Grimsby.
