Car found on fire after crashing into Luton building’

Two men have been left with serious injuries and a car was found on fire after crashing into a building in Luton.

The police and fire service were called to Dunstable Road just before 10pm yesterday (March 4).

“Yesterday at 9.51pm, four of our crews from Luton and Stopsley were called to a road traffic collision in Dunstable Road in Luton,” the Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said. When emergency personnel arrived, the car had caught fire after colliding with a building, according to the report.Two victims under the Ambulance Service’s care were taken to the hospital. A hose, spreaders, environmental grab bags, and trauma care bag were utilised by the crews. Police and crews collaborated to establish a Scene Safety Zone.Now, the police are pleading with the public for assistance. The police requested anyone with information to report online or by calling 101 and referencing reference 431 of March 4th, the force stated.
