Now, historically, on Vital Luton Town, we have adhered to our “They Played for Both” scenario when assembling random starting lineups.
But this time, we decided to go with a Christian name instead, and quite unexpectedly, Steve or Stephen was chosen. Our little group of oddballs then came up with the following XI (plus substitute)

2. Defender – Steve Buckley
3. Defender – Steve Foster
4. Defender – Steve Litt
5. Defender – Steve Davis
6. Midfield – Stephen Robinson
7. Midfield – Steve Thompson
8. Midfield – Steve Williams
9. Forward – Steve Howard
10. Forward – Steve Claridge
11. Forward – Steve White
12. Substitute – Steve Basham
I’m not sure how this unconventional format will be accepted, but let’s try it!
