After a youngster died in September in Luton, a seventh individual has been charged with murder.
Today, on Thursday, Timone Crossman, 19, was charged with murder in relation to Ashraf Habimana’s fatal stabbing.
Crossman, a resident of Luton, is additionally accused of violent disorder, severe bodily harm, attempted murder, and possessing an offensive weapon.
On September 29, Ashraf, 16, passed away from stab wounds sustained in an altercation in Nunnery Lane, Luton, during which another adolescent suffered critical injuries.
Due to the tragic stabbing, six adolescents have already been charged with murder.
“We are determined to take action against anyone involved in the tragic death of Ashraf Habimana,” stated Detective Inspector Graham Newton, who is in charge of the investigation and works for the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit.
“Everyone has to do their part to strongly condemn those who believe that carrying a knife or committing acts of serious violence is acceptable.”
