A Bedford woman is accused of attacking a teenager and causing him to suffer “life changing injuries.”

The victim, who is currently 19 years old, was discovered in the early hours of June 2, 2022, laying in New Bedford Road in Luton, close to Telford Way. At first, the police thought it was a hit-and-run.

Mohammed Hamid, 49, of Brantwood Road, Luton, and Jasmine Aldrich, 37, of Union Street, Bedford, have now been charged with conspiring to cause great bodily injury in relation to the incident.
Aldrich is scheduled to appear in court again in March after making an appearance at Luton Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 22.
