Millwall consider making former Luton their new manager…

The Championship team Millwall is considering Nathan Jones for the manager position that is currently open.

Jones, fifty, has not had a job since Southampton fired him after just three months and fourteen games in charge.

He managed Stoke City in between his two successful stints as manager of Luton Town, although he was fired after less than a year in that role.

Although there are still other contenders and no decision has been made, Millwall’s hierarchy holds Jones in high regard.

Since Gary Rowett left the Lions on October 18 by mutual consent, the team has been without a manager.

They are currently 18th in the standings after taking two points from their last three Championship games following his exit.
