Millwall injury update and return

On Saturday, the 19-year-old made an impression against Preston on his maiden start.

AIDOMO Emakhu is anticipated to be healthy for Blackburn Rovers’ match tomorrow night.

The 19-year-old misjudged a sliding tackle on Saturday and limped off against Preston North End.

However, acting manager Adam Barrett thinks the Irishman will be available tomorrow and feels the problem was only a cramp.

Emakhu’s thrilling display during the 1-1 draw at Deepdale is encouraging for the Lions.

Before he was replaced, he struck the woodwork and demonstrated that his dangerous speed posed a continual threat.

Barrett expressed optimism that Aidomo’s cramps were the only cause to NewsAtDen. It was his first start, and even though he hadn’t played many minutes, he gave the squad his all during a fierce match. It’s not an intensity he’s accustomed to. I’m confident that Aidomo will be well.

Regarding injuries, Shaun Hutchinson and Kevin Nisbet are getting closer to being fully recovered and could be available for Saturday’s trip to Watford.

Prior to the second international break of the season, Nisbet participated in the 2-2 draw with Hull City, while captain Hutchinson has not played since before the first international break following an injury sustained against Birmingham City in September.

Barrett expressed optimism that Kevin Nisbet and Shaun Hutchinson will be able to return to the team before the end of the week. It will be Shaun’s first introduction to the players after missing a good number of weeks, but it will be wonderful to have him back.

“I wouldn’t have thought so, but Duncan Watmore and Ryan Leonard will be out for a few more weeks, so they won’t be available for the upcoming games.”

Jake Cooper and Adam Barrett speculate that Millwall’s home and away form role reversals might be due to “maybe just the lack of pressure.”
