Arsenal are considering allowing Charles Sagoe to leave the club on loan in January, sources have told TEAMtalk.
The Gunners’ highly-rated youth earned his senior debut in the EFL Cup, starting against Brentford for 68 minutes.
So far this season, he’s been on fire in academy football. Sagoe has scored once and provided six assists in eight Premier League 2 appearances.
He’s also scored once and assisted three times in four UEFA Youth League appearances, and scored once and assisted once in the EFL Trophy.
The 19-year-old is now being lined up for a January move, and TEAMtalk has learned that a number of clubs have approached Arsenal about a potential deal.
Sagoe, who can play throughout the forward line, is said to be eager for more senior football after getting his first taste this season.
Millwall, Barnsley, Charlton, and Reading are reported to be among the clubs interested.
The last three clubs are in League One, while Millwall is in the Championship, but any of them would give Sagoe his first genuine steps in senior football.
