The Bucks wee without Damian Lillard due to injury last game and he is questionable for their clash against the Magic.
After overcoming a double-digit deficit early in the game to give themselves a chance, the Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Indiana Pacers in a disappointing match. However, they lost the game due to late-game errors. Even though Giannis Antetokounmpo scored more than 50 points, it wasn’t enough. Due to a calf injury, Damian Lillard was sidelined for the Bucks’ game against the Orlando Magic on Sunday. According to Eric Nehm of The Athletic, it’s possible that Lillard won’t be available for the match.
Damian Lillard’s injury forced him to miss the Bucks’ first game of the season against the Pacers. Given that he hasn’t been completely ruled out, his questionable status for the Magic game may be a sign that everything is okay. Lillard’s injury status will probably be revealed early on Sunday morning or early in the afternoon.
Lillard was traded from the Portland Trail Blazers, and he is now in his first season with the Bucks. His initial top choice for a trade partner was the Miami Heat, but after negotiations broke down, he added more teams to his list.
Lillard had been averaging 24.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.1 steals per game for the Bucks through their first seven games of the season. His shooting percentages were 40 percent from the field, 29.3 percent from three point range, and 92.9 percent from the free throw line. His three point percentage and field goal percentage are currently at all-time lows in his career.
Along with Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton, Lillard has been predicted to form a Big 3 and propel the Bucks back into title contention.
