Nelson Khumbeni send Excitement massage to Morecambe Fans…

Since the B Team’s formation in the summer of 2022, the youthful midfield player has been one of the most impressive players.

Khumbeni expressed his happiness to the club website. “As soon as I got the news, I felt compelled to seize the opportunity to advance in my career and put myself to the test with better players and against stronger opponents.

It changed drastically from the moment I learned about it. From that point on, everything began to go in the correct way.

“I am really excited to see the fans, play with the players, absorb as much of this experience as I can, and enjoy it as much as I can,” he continued.

“I came in and talked with Ged Brannan, the gaffer, about how he wants me to play, how my skills can help the team, and how I can make the most of my time here.”

Khumbeni, who joined Bolton after rising through the ranks at Norwich, will not play with former teammate Archie Mair at Morecambe.

“I had a great time there, from the early years until I was 19,” he added. I visited every age range and observed a wide variety of faces.

“Archie is a nice boy, and we had a nice relationship and friendship back when we were at Norwich. Knowing someone when you enter a new location makes things easier.

In the EFL Trophy group stage, the 21-year-old scored against Manchester United Under-21s while playing for Wanderers’ main team.

Being around the first team and even the B squad while they play and train is something I am really enjoying right now, he declared.

“Compared to my previous experiences, this one is different. Coming up here from the South, you get to experience new things.

“You’re training with a player I grew up watching, Cameron Jerome, and you’re playing with good players.”

During the first half of the season, Khumbeni had a stint at AFC Fylde; however, it was cut short due to an injury.

After seeing first-team football, the midfield player is eager for more and is hoping to succeed at Morecambe.

“I really enjoyed it within the time I was there, but it was cut short due to injury,” he said.

“I was able to play my first minutes of football with the first team at Fylde, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I tried to accept it as much as I could, and now I want to go forward.
