“Just before 10.45pm we received a report that two vehicles, a blue Volkswagen Touran and a blue Volkswagen Jetta, had been involved in a collision on the Cladymilltown Road,” stated Sergeant Doherty in a statement.
“Colleagues from emergency services responded with officers, and the drivers of the vehicles were taken to the hospital.”
“At this point, both men’s conditions remain critical.
Neither car contained any occupants.
“Overnight, the road was closed.”
“I’m pleading with anyone who may have seen the collision to get in touch with the police. I’m also asking anyone with dash cam, CCTV, or other footage that could help with our investigation.”
