Norwich City: Man frustrated’ and desperate”

Josh Sargent can’t wait to get back on the pitch as he targets the Premier League with Norwich City.

The American striker, who had been on fire for the Canaries early in the season, sustained an ankle ligament damage in August that will probably keep him out until the new year.

But in an attempt to put an end to his injury nightmare as soon as possible, he has been working hard at his recuperation.

“The way things were going, it’s been really frustrating for me,” he said to The Pink Un. “So all I’m really doing is working as hard as I can to make my way back.”

Naturally, it’s annoying to watch the squad. I brought it up to Ashley Barnes, a fellow injured striker, and she agreed that it’s never enjoyable to watch our team from the sidelines and be unable to assist.

“It will be difficult for me to get my body moving and into that rhythm when I return. However, I’m hoping to return as soon as I can to support the team and start scoring goals once more.

It’s difficult to predict at this time, but it will most likely happen in the new year. It’s going great, though.

“My spouse assumed that following my injury, I would spend more time at home, but in reality, I spend more time at the training grounds! I’m going in there as early as possible and just trying to make my way back.”

With fewer than half of their league games won this season, City is presently ranked tenth in the Championship. But Sargent insisted that the goal is promotion to the top tier, pointing out that the second division is unpredictable.

He went on, “The Championship is pretty crazy.” “Many various things are possible.

“As you can see from the standings right now, there are a few points separating the play-offs and the bottom.

It’s really close. All we have to do is string together a few strong performances and victories, and ideally we’ll be back in the mix.
