The 26-year-old’s contract with the Rangers is set to expire at the end of June, and he is generating interest.
Norwich have identified the former Arsenal junior player as a target to bring to Carrow Road.
They intend to consult with Willock before making the move.
The deal will not be determined by Norwich’s future next season, as the club hopes to persuade him regardless of their playoff standing.
This season, the Arsenal youth graduate has scored eight goals in 39 Championship games for QPR.
Willock has made 144 appearances for QPR since signing in the summer of 2020, scoring 20 goals.
It now remains to be seen whether Norwich can manage to convince Willock to choose them for next season.
