Nottingham Police investigating abuse at Forest last match

Police say they “will not tolerate hate” and they’re working hard to identify those responsible

Nottinghamshire Police are looking into allegations of homophobic abuse at a Nottingham Forest game last month.

They are looking for three male fans who were at the home game against Brighton Albion on Saturday, November 25th.

“We are liaising with Nottingham Forest Football Club and working hard to gather evidence and identify those responsible for this unacceptable behaviour,” said dedicated football officer PC Simon Travell.

“We will not tolerate hatred in any form, and we will continue to work hard to combat it with the help of our countywide partner agencies.”

“To help us with our ongoing inquiries I’d encourage anyone who recognises any of the men pictured in these images to please get in contact with us.”
