On Wednesday, July 3, 2022, Daniel Twigg was attacked by a vicious dog on Milnrow’s Tunshill Lane.
The injuries he sustained later caused his death.
The charges against Mark Twigg, 42, and Joanne Bedford, 36, of King Street, Radcliffe, are for gross negligence manslaughter.
“He enjoyed playing with his siblings and sister, watching Paw Patrol, and being around animals, especially Splash, his pony.
He was a hilarious character and made us laugh a lot.
According to Greater Manchester Police, they have been told to show up to the Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, for a hearing.
Daniel’s family paid tribute to him in a statement that was released after his passing.
It stated: “Daniel was a contented, considerate, and loving young kid who was loved by all who knew him.
