To vote in this year’s Annual General Meeting, supporters need to sign up as a member of OASF on their website by Saturday 29 June.
OASF is Oldham Athletic’s democratic supporters’ organisation and owns the 3% of the club not owned by the Rothwell family, and can appoint someone to the club’s board of directors. It is run by Latics fans, for Latics fans.
Any OASF member can stand to be elected as a board member. At this year’s Annual General Meeting, several new board members could be elected.
Club CEO Darren Royle meets with elected OASF members every month and works closely with them on a variety of topics important to fans, including matchday experience and infrastructure.
Every OASF member gets:
- An equal share in OASF – OASF is owned by its members.
- A welcome pack, including an exclusive OASF pin badge and aluminium pen.
- 10% discount from the OASF store.
- Exclusive access to news like notes from meetings with Club CEO Darren Royle.

What is OASF and what does it do?
OASF was formed originally in 2003 to save the Club from liquidation during Chris Moore’s ownership. Its purpose remains to protect the long-term future of Oldham Athletic whilst also representing supporters’ views with the Club.
Over the last two years, OASF have:
- Organised a Fans vs Legends match, attended by over 1,000 people.
- Funded season tickets for 10 fans who couldn’t afford them otherwise.
- Produced retro football shirts, raising over £1,000 for Oldham Foodbank.
- Set up a regular kiosk outside Bar Station Zebra on matchdays for in-person engagement.
- Set up free over 30s and walking football sessions in conjunction with the Oldham Athletic Community Trust.
- Introduced Latics Lift – a lift sharing and parking scheme to help fans get to away games.
- Produced Latics-themed band shirts.
- Launched ‘Boot Bank’ to get free football boots to children who can’t afford them.
- Surveyed fans on topics including away travel and replica kits.
