Midfielder Adam Forshaw has left Norwich City to join fellow Championship club Plymouth Argyle.
The 32-year-old made nine appearances for the Canaries since joining from Leeds United in summer 2023. His last appearance in the league for City was in October 2023.
Forshaw struggled with injuries and form while at Carrow Road and wasn’t able to secure a regular first-team spot.
