Plymouth suspension blow for Leeds clash

Leeds United will be looking to earn a seventh win in eight matches when they host Plymouth Argyle at Elland Road on Saturday

Mickel Miller, a defender for Plymouth Argyle, is out due to suspension for their trip to play Leeds United, who are currently in great form. In the 3-3 draw with Middlesbrough the other night, Miller received his fifth yellow card of the season, which left Argyle manager Steven Schumacher scratching his head over his options.

Following the final whistle, Middlesbrough manager Michael Carrick expressed his indignation, stating that Miller ought to have received a straight red card for fouling Isaiah Jones. Instead, the 27-year-old will sit out the match on Saturday at Elland Road to serve his one-match suspension. According to Plymouth Live, Schumacher has “limited options” at left-back because to Saxon Earley’s chronic ailment.

With loanee Kaine Kesler-Hayden moving to the left, Joe Edwards is the most likely contender to start in the starting eleven and occupy the right defensive spot. The captain of Argyle might possibly just take Miller’s spot at left-back.
