14 DPS and Prescott Police worked a 4-vehicle, fatal crash yesterday afternoon, that shut down Highway-69 for a period of time.
DPS says a vehicle collided with a second vehicle while headed southbound.
The driver of the vehicle at fault then spun across the center line and collided with a 3-rd vehicle which in turn hit a 4-th, causing it to rollover. The male driver, and only person in the 3-rd vehicle, suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at YRMC. Names have not been released.
