Drew McIntyre predicts Rangers smashing Celtic plus a tearful and historic WrestleMania win

Drew McIntyre is eyeing a dream Sunday as he plans to watch his beloved Rangers ‘smash’ Celtic – before winning WWE’s World Heavyweight title at WrestleMania.

The Rangers superfan challenges Seth Rollins for the gold in front of 60,000 fans at Lincoln Financial Field on the first night of WWE’s annual blockbuster event.

He predicts that the men from Ibrox would easily defeat Celtic in the Scottish Premiership title match, which is expected to be one of the closest in recent memory, hours beforehand.

The Scottish powerhouse is adamant that Rangers’ incredible recent play and the addition of Jack Butland to the goalie position have rendered the team unbeatable.

He dismissed a contentious loss to Benfica in the Europa League, saying on U105 radio that “we’re going to smash them in the Old Firm game right now because we have the momentum.”

We’ve been on fire lately, but I’m hearing all the excuses about what’s going on, mostly from family members who support the Celtics.

After much searching, we’ve finally located a keeper in Butland who can take McGregor’s place.

“While it’s disappointing that we didn’t advance in the Europa League, I’m going to hang my hat on the fact that there wasn’t a penalty in the first leg against Benfica!

But we own it in terms of league. This season is the Rangers’. We have momentum and are on fire, as I have stated. We are in control of the game.

“We’re going to win the league, we’re going to destroy Celtic, and I’m going to take home the championship.”

“It was intended to be.”

The Gers have been pursuing the championship with tenacity so far in 2023–24, and McIntyre doesn’t want the game to come down to the wire on the last day.

“Winning it would be my preference,” he continued. “There is drama-free living. Simply win, crush them, and then coast the remainder of the way.

Fans of the Rangers have seen far too many dramatic moments over the past ten years; we can’t handle much more.

So let’s simply finish it as soon as we can.

After Sunday’s victory over Rollis, the 38-year-old grappler from WWE plans to bring the World Heavyweight title back to the United Kingdom when WWE returns to the country shortly after WrestleMania.
