£20m man reportedly wanted Rangers move but now re-joins .

Emmanuel Dennis, a Premier League misfit who was reportedly eager on a move to Rangers, has officially rejoined his former side Watford from Nottingham Forest.

Reports from Belgium seemed to indicate at the beginning of the month that Philippe Clement and a player who flourished under his tutelage at Club Brugge would actually get back together.

After losing his position at Nottingham Forest, Emmanuel Dennis spent the summer on loan at Istanbul Basaksehir. Even though it seemed like Dennis was being given to Rangers rather than Rangers offering themselves to Dennis, reporter Sacha Tavolieri even went so far as to say that the Nigerian international would have loved the opportunity to collaborate with Clement once more at Ibrox.

Tavolieri said on X, “Emmanuel Dennis has been proposed to the club.” However, as of right present, no formal contact has been made.

“However, I can vouch for the player’s interest in the Rangers.”

Not long later, though, the connection became chilly.

Abdallah Sima’s “long-term” injury kept him out of the game, so it’s unclear if Rangers regret missing out on this chance. Dennis is reconciling with his previous team rather than his former manager.

Returning to his birthplace of England, Watford announced on their official website at midday on Wednesday that Dennis will be wearing the yellow and black uniform once more. He will be arriving on a summer loan from Nottingham Forest. Valerien Ismael’s team could make a late push for the Championship play-offs if the deft, left-sided attacker can resurrect his form from his first stint at Vicarage Road, when he scored 10 goals and assisted six more.

Nonetheless, it seems like Rangers and Mohamed Diomande are getting closer to a deal. It is said that the midfielder from Nordsjaelland will cost approximately £4.5 million to sign at Ibrox. Many left-backs are still connected as well.

though the chance of one arriving looks slim as long as Ridvan Yilmaz sticks around.
