An EGM will be held in relation to a motion to issue 9,000,000 shares in order to sell to a 90% majority ownership, according to Dale Chairman Simon Gauge.
The club, in the absence of significant investment, appears to be in risk of being liquidated before the end of March. The EGM is scheduled on 7th March at the Ratcliffe Bar.
After making loans totaling £566,000, Simon Gauge and his family are no longer able to make more contributions.
