Scotland fans stunned after opening up ‘£15’ knock-off fake Scotland jerseys*

Supporters from Scotland who were dressed to watch their nation compete at Euro 2024 were taken aback to see the names of England players on the back of their new uniforms.

The fake Scotland jerseys, which mimic the official Adidas kit, were allegedly bought online from a Chinese source at a discounted price of £15 as opposed to the £75 needed to purchase the authentic item. However, Mason Mount and Jude Bellingham, two Three Lions stars, had namesets on the back of the strips, thus Tartan Army fans who purchased the kits were in for a surprise.

Scotland’s Coefficient, a user on X (previously known as Twitter), shared a photo of the phoney uniforms on the social media platform on Wednesday, writing, “Mate just sent me these pictures – the dangers of buying fake tops.” It seems that when individuals open their £15 shipment from China, they are met with a very English surprise.

Following their participation in the postponed EURO 2020 finals in the summer of 2021, Steve Clarke’s team is making their second appearance in the European Championships in three years. But Scotland’s goal is to become the first squad in the nation’s history to advance past the group stages of a major tournament.

Steve Clarke’s side is competing in their second European Championship in three years after taking part in the postponed EURO 2020 finals in the summer of 2021. However, Scotland wants to make history as the first team in the country to make it out of the group stages of a major tournament.
