Man dies in two-car collision in Shrewsbury

The York County Coroner’s Office reports that a 36-year-old man lost his life in a two-vehicle crash in Shrewsbury Township early on Monday morning, July 29.

Blunt force trauma claimed the life of Joshua M. Ambrose, who lived in Shrewsbury Township’s 2500 block of Smith Mill Road. The news announcement claims that the method is accidental.

According to the announcement, the collision happened in the 3800 block of Steltz Road.
According to Trooper James Grothey’s email, state police were alerted at approximately 11:40 p.m. on Monday regarding a disabled driver on Steltz Road close to the intersection with West Seiling Road. Troops were informed that there had been a crash in the same region while they were responding.
