A man has been charged with Rhys Howell’s murder after an incident on the coast of Lincolnshire. On Monday, August 19, in the evening, police were called to an altercation at a residence on Grosvenor Road in Skegness.
Rhys Howell,57, was discovered suffering from severe injuries; paramedics attended to him on the spot, but he passed away shortly after. Crime scene investigators were observed entering a house on Grosvenor Road, and a police cordon was set up.
David Lupton, 60, was charged with murder on Thursday, August 22 by the police. He is scheduled to appear in Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 23. Police continue to request assistance from the public in their investigation.
