Southend United Given cruel Ultimatum

Come cheer us on this Saturday as we try to push our winning streak into double digits at Roots Hall!

Just over a month ago, Kevin Maher’s Southend squad lost 1-0 to York. Since then, they have gone nine games without losing and have accrued 17 points.

With seven games remaining, that places us in 11th place, nine points outside of the playoffs. In order to maintain the race going into the final few games of the season, it will be hoped to start winning more frequently.

You won’t have many opportunities to visit Roots Hall before the summer—we only have three home games left in 2023–2024.

Given the boys’ strong recent home performance, be sure to attend the match on Saturday to watch if they can defeat Woking and take all three points.

The Cards, who are currently in 14th place but are only four points above the relegation zone, will undoubtedly be competitive.
