Following an accident involving a lorry that overturned, drivers are being advised to stay away from the Findon area in West Sussex.
At roughly 06:30 BST, emergency services were summoned to the Long Furlong scene.
According to Sussex Police, the road is currently closed in both directions from the A24 at Findon to the A27 close to Durrington.
A West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said, “Please stay away from the area for the time being.”
There are crews from Storrington and Worthing present.
Police are requesting that anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage get in touch with them.
