The crash occurred on the A240 Kingston Road at the junction with Worcester Park Road
After being struck by a park at midnight last night close to Epsom, a pedestrian has major injuries (20 April). After being hit by a car in Worcester Park, she is receiving medical attention in a hospital. According to the authorities, their next of kin have been informed.
Shortly after midnight, something happened on the A240 Kingston Road. The motorist, who was driving a black BMW, pulled over after the collision. To aid with the continuing investigation, they are collaborating with the police.
Drivers should avoid Kingston Road as it is still closed from the Tolworth junction on the A3 towards Ruxley Lane. Traffic coming from the north can use Worcester Park Road, Cromwell Road, and Old Malden Lane to reach Kingston Road. The road is still closed so that police can carry out their investigation.
According to Surrey Police, they are currently looking for witnesses. “Officers are currently dealing with a collision in Worcester Park which occurred in the early hours of this morning (20 April),” a force spokesperson stated.
