Police were called at 8.23am today follow reports a man had been found unresponsive in some public toilets near The Battery.
Emergency services have attended and sadly found a man deceased.
A police spokesperson said his death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to HM Coroner in due course.

A 28-year-old man from Herne Bay was arrested on suspicion of the possession and concerned in the supply of drugs.
He was bailed and is due back at Police Station.
A postmortem is due to take place this week and an inquest opened.
