Swindon Town agree deal to sign a star

Swindon Town have identified Peterborough United striker Kabongo Tshimanga as a player they want to take on loan for the season

Having moved around a lot throughout his career, the 27-year-old played for three different teams last season: Peterborough, Fleetwood Town, and Boreham Wood.

He began the season with his parent club before being loaned to Fleetwood Town, where he appeared in 20 games.
After that, Tshimanga was sent to the National League, where he joined Boreham Wood and scored seven goals in sixteen games.

This summer, the Posh want to let him go, and Swindon are now expressing interest.
Manager Mark Kennedy is seeking better following a 19th-place League Two result, and he has already added many players to bolster his roster.

Tshimanga is a player that Swindon would like to sign on a loan deal.

Peterborough confirmed earlier this summer that they had made Tshimanga available to go.
