On Wednesday, June 26, in the afternoon, an 18-year-old guy from Totton was taken into police custody after being suspected of robbery.
It comes after a report of a robbery that occurred on Tuesday, June 25, between 3.35 and 3.40 in the morning on Wetherby Gardens in Totton.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was reportedly approached by two men during the incident, who threatened him verbally before taking his electric bike.
Since the occurrence, numerous inquiries have been made, and the inquiry is still underway.
Officers would like to speak with anyone who was in the vicinity and saw anything during the event. They are planning to carry out reassurance patrols in the area.
