Police are appealing for information after a pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision near Totton and confirmed dead at the spot of the accident scene.
Officers were called at 12.50pm today (Friday, July 19) to the collision on the A326 Marchwood bypass near Jacobs Gutter Lane in which a woman in her 40s was confirmed dead at the scene of the accident.
An 38-year-old man on a Ford explorer was in collision with a woman believed to be in her early 40s outside the Mercedes garage.
The woman was taken taken by air ambulance to Southampton General Hospital for medics to reaffirm that she’s truely dead.
