Inigo Calderon, the manager of Bristol Rovers, believes the Gas will defeat Burton Albion by seven points.
The Gas’ are only five points off the relegation zone in League One and under the guidance of Calderon, they are looking to avoid League Two football.
Bristol Rovers are set to welcome Burton Albion, who are also in the relegation, to the Memorial Stadium at the weekend.
Calderon noted that while Burton is their relegation adversary, the match is just as crucial as their most recent match against Peterborough United.
The Spanish strategist claimed that because both clubs are in a similar position, games like their forthcoming one are referred to as seven-pointers in his own country. He also underlined that he feels confident about the game taking place at Memorial Stadium.
Calderon told Bristol Rovers’ TV, “I know they’re with us, but it’s a big one, just like it was against Peterborough.”
Even if you win, you still have to play a lot more games, so I don’t want to claim it’s a final because it isn’t. However, you still have additional games to play if you lose.
“Obviously, you say six points here when you play against teams that are in the same standings as you; in Spain, we say seven points because they are also with us [in the relegation battle].”

Although it’s a significant one, I am very certain that the team will continue to play the same role while I’m at home.
In an attempt to widen the space between themselves and their relegation opponents, Bristol Rovers will look to replicate their October victory against Burton on Saturday.
