Celtic are in the market to strengthen the squad to ready themselves to see off Rangers’ title challenge and remain top of the domestic perch.
Brendan Rodgers wants to add a midfielder to their squad and the Bhoys boss is claimed to have Hacken star Amane on his shortlist.
The 20-year-old midfielder joined Hacken in January 2022 and is highly regarded by the Swedish club.
Hacken has made 59 appearances for Hacken and has played often in the Europa League this season.
Celtic face heavyweight competition though as, according to French outlet Foot Mercato, Ajax have also joined the race for the signature of Amane in the ongoing window.
The Dutch outfit are struggling this season and they want to add Amane to their squad to bolster their midfield.
Amane has a contract with Hacken that is set to expire at the end of December 2026 and Celtic have yet to make an approach for the Ivorian.
