Chris Wilder joins Blades fans in sing-along and aims playful dig at Sheffield Wednesday full video

Following his team’s derby victory against Sheffield Wednesday, Chris Wilder joined Sheffield United supporters in a pub for a sing-along, during which he made a light-hearted jab at Danny Rohl.
Over the weekend, the Steel City was bustling with bustle as the Blades and Owls faced off for the first time in more than five years.

With a 1-0 victory against their fierce rivals, Sheffield United, led by Wilder, earned the right to boast.

In addition to managing the team, Wilder is a lifelong supporter of Sheffield United and later in the day joined the Bramall Lane supporters in a pub for festivities.

Social media videos show Wilder joining in on both old Blades songs and a brand-new one that renames Owls manager Danny Rohl ‘Sausage Rohl’.

Joe Root, a Blades supporter and cricket great, was also present for the festivities.

“I know the words [to Sheffield United song ‘Greasy Chip Butty,’ so I belted it out a couple of times,” Wilder remarked following the victory. Tonight, I might perform it a couple more times.

“The emotion of it all is unavoidable. Whether they are my family, close friends, or people I used to play football, attend to school, or hang out with on the kop.
