Fresh appeal following the tragic shooting in Leamington Spa

Six months after a man was shot and killed close to a cul-de-sac, a fresh appeal has been made.

On August 10, 2018, Ben Daly was discovered on Ranelagh Terrace in Leamington Spa suffering from a gunshot wound.

According to Warwickshire Police, he was the focus of a murder charge just earlier on Frances Havergal Close.

On Tuesday, Crimestoppers encouraged anyone with information on the whereabouts of three individuals wanted in connection with the killings to anonymously contact the charity.

Investigators are in urgent need of Kevin Vucini, 25, Brigen Carrica, 21, and Rrezon Cengu, 22, according to the charity.

The three, who are Albanian by heritage, may have ties to Essex or maybe London. Cengu is connected to Luton.

The recommendation, according to Crimestoppers’ regional manager Alan Edwards, was to avoid approaching the males.

Mr. Edwards stated, “It’s crucial that Kevin Vucini, Brigen Carrica, and Rrezon Cengu are found to face questioning over the tragic murder of Ben due to the significant risks involved.”

Three rewards, each worth up to £10,000, are being offered by the group for information that leads to the arrest of any one of the three offenders and is only obtained by the charity.

The prizes are set to expire on June 4, 2024, after a three-month period.

Liviu Sandor was scheduled to go on trial for murder on April 10th, according to Warwickshire Police.

“We’ve also got three people who were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender who are currently on bail while inquiries continue,” the police department said.
Prior to this, at least nine people had been taken into custody in relation to the killing of Mr. Daly.
