Hull will be hoping Vinagre’s injury isn’t too serious and that he can return to the pitch as soon as possible.
The former Portugal youth international was brought in by the Tigers after they decided not to hand Callum Elder a deal at the end of last season.
He has since made 10 appearances for the East Yorkshire outfit in all competitions, nine of which have come in the league.
In recent weeks, Rosenior has been filling in for Jacob Greaves, and summer addition James Furlong is also prepared to take over. Currently on loan with Oxford United in League One is Brandon Fleming.
Wolves has Vinagre on their roster since 2018. He had stints at AS Monaco and Sporting Lisbon before moving to England.
He has participated in 69 games for the Midlands team overall, scoring three goals to help them win promotion to the Premier League in 2018.
The full-back left Sporting Lisbon in 2022 and was sold to Olympiacos and Famalicao. After that, he worked for Everton during the previous season.
Tyler Morton and Jaden Philogene scored for Hull in their weekend 2-2 draw away at Swansea City. This week, they return to action with back-to-back home games against Watford and Rotherham United.
