Man dies in hospital after Seacroft crash involving van and motorbike Road closed

After a crash, a 51-year-old man passed away in the hospital.

It happened at 6.48am yesterday at the junction of Easterly Road and Boggart Hill Drive, Seacroft, Leeds, when a black Ford Transit van was involved in a crash with a Triumph motorcycle.

The motorcyclist was critically injured and taken to hospital but later died.

The van’s driver, a 21-year-old guy, was taken into custody on suspicion of inflicting serious injuries by reckless driving and has since been released while an investigation is conducted.
