Authorities have stated that on, a man was discovered deceased close to The Meads Shopping Centre in Farnborough. When a man’s wellbeing was suspected, Hampshire Constabulary officers were dispatched to the area at 7:45 a.m. via the shopping center’s parking lot.
Officers responded to the site and collaborated with ambulance service colleagues. Regretfully, a 70-year-old local man was declared deceased on the spot.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and his family has been informed. A file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.
The Meads Shopping Centre remained open as normal. However, a spokesperson confirmed it was aware of the incident and assisting police on the scene.
