A man was stabbed in the arm in a gruesome murder case .
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “We’re appealing for witnesses to an assault in which a man was stabbed in the arm yesterday near to Isis Lock, Oxford.
“It happened at around 5.40pm and a 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent.
“Did you witness anything? If so, please call us on 101, quoting reference 43240170822.”
