Inter Milan set to complete the signing of Watford best player

Last Thursday, Watford director Gianluca Nani heaped admiration on Yaser Asprilla.

In an interview with Italian media, the club’s manager praised the youngster’s talent and even referred to him as the ‘next Bellingham,’ which made local headlines.

Now, InterLive is reporting that Inter Milan is interested in the Watford player, citing those statements.
The website provides few details about this chase, stating that it is unclear whether a’summer attack’ will take place.
Nani had previously stated that other clubs have been tracking Asprilla, but Inter Milan’s interest in him is undoubtedly new.

Watford signed the teenager for €3 million from Envigado in 2022. This season, he had six goals and eight assists in 47 appearances for the Hornets, prompting Transfermarkt to place him at €8 million.

It remains to be seen how much the Vicarage Road club will expect if some European giants come calling for his signature. The Colombian is covered by a contract that runs until 2026.
