Former Perth Glory defender Aidan Coyne has also been given a new deal. The Australian was a regular on the bus for first-team away trips last season, and was an unused sub for the away game at QPR in January.
Zak Fraser-Grante, a midfielder who joined Watford from Hampton and Richmond Borough in the summer, has also signed a new contract. Last season, he attended a Northern Ireland Under-19 training camp during his international break.
Also, Laken Torres, a striker, gets a new contract. He left Chesterfield, where he had been named Academy Player of the Year, to transfer to Watford last summer.
Former Stevenage scholar Jake Watkiss, who also moved to Vicarage Road 12 months ago, completes the quintet who have been given a new contract.
The Under-21s that will be leaving the club this summer are Hamzat Balogun, James Collins, Charlie Davis, Junior Gyamfi, Dawid Hamiga, Scott Holding and Charlie Stallard.
The likes of Jack Grieves, Tobi Adeyemo, Myles Roberts and Jonathan Macaulay already have contracts which extend beyond this summer.
Charlie Daniels will be in charge of the Under-21s again next season, with the recently-retired Dan Gosling joining as his assistant.
Meanwhile, in the Under-18s, professional contracts have been offered to second-year scholars Roraigh Browne, Ignacio Garcia-Romero, Jonathan Lawson, Josh Mullins, Gabriel Ortelli and Prince Sikiru.
At the conclusion of their scholarships, Ben Casey, Yianni Goulandris, Alfie King, Jack Taylor, and Victor Wachowicz are the Under-18 players quitting the team.
