Watford have let the young stopper head out the exit door on a temporary basis to get some experience under his belt.
The 18-year-old Brown is cleared to enter the Isthmian League North Division.
He will return to Vicarage Road on March 15 after a one-month stint with the London team, according to the Hornets website.
For the next four weeks, Brown will be looking to further his development at Walthamstow by getting lots of playing time.
He was permitted to leave the Hornets once more after spending time on loan at Northwood earlier in the season. The youth previously spent time at Chertsey Town.
His new team, which currently holds the ninth spot in the standings, will play this weekend against Greys Athletic, with their newest addition expected to make his debut.
Brown is a second-year scholar who has been enrolled at Watford since 2019. He has played for both their Under-21 and Under-18 teams, and going forward, he might be a vital member of the Championship team.
The Hornets will go to Rotherham United in the league tomorrow, thus the custodian is in the momentarily leaving the team. Since the Millers are at the bottom of the league, Valerien Ismael’s team needs to win all three games in order to restart their season.
They have not been playing well lately; their most recent away loss to Norwich City was 4-2.
Watford now sits in 12th place with 14 games remaining, seven points outside the play-offs.
