A man’s body has been discovered at a West Bromwich home. Police and medics attended the scene in Hereford Place.
West Midlands Police said the unnamed man’s death was not being treated as suspicious. A file was now being prepared for the coroner.
Emergency services arrived at the property at around 7.20am on Sunday, December 10. One onlooker said the scene had been sealed off by officers.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called to an address on Hereford Place in West Bromwich to reports of an unconscious patient. An ambulance and paramedic officer arrived at the scene at 7am on Sunday, December 10 to find a male patient.
“Sadly, it quickly became clear that he could not be saved and he was confirmed dead at the scene. Ambulance staff then requested police to attend the scene.”
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “We were called by paramedics to an address in Hereford Place at around 7.20am on December 10, following the discovery of a man’s body. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner.”
