BRAEKING; WEST HAM AGREE TO SIGN £29M WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS DEFENDER IN JANUARY.

Nelson Semedo of Wolverhampton Wanderers has been mentioned in connection with David Moyes’ West Ham United.

This morning, Football Transfers reported that West Ham United are interested in acquiring Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Nelson Semedo during the January transfer window.

Nelson Semedo of Wolverhampton Wanderers has been linked to West Ham United.

According to the source, West Ham is already attempting to close a deal and has “made enquiries” about Semedo.

The right-back is being considered by the Hammers as a possible Vladimir Coufal replacement.

According to the article, West Ham has informed Coufal that they cannot promise him regular first-team action and are investigating the possibility of signing Semedo as early as January 2024.

West Ham United won’t likely purchase Nelson Semedo from Wolverhampton Wanderers in January 2024.
Nelson Semedo won’t be transferred from Wolverhampton Wanderers to West Ham United in the January transfer window, in my opinion.

I don’t understand why Wolves would sell Semedo in the middle of the season; perhaps a transfer could take place in the summer of 2024.

After all, it’s highly possible that Wolves will be battling for a spot in the Premier League during the season’s closing weeks.

Why therefore, in January 2024, would the Wanderers sell the £29 million (The Sun) Semedo?

Semedo has played seven times for Wolves this season in the Premier League.

The 29-year-old former Barcelona player can play either a right wing-back or a right wing-back position.

With 13 points after seven games, West Ham is now sixth in the Premier League table.

Wolves, however, are only four points above the relegation zone and now sit in 15th place in the rankings with seven points from seven games.
