BREAKING; West Ham United received conflicting information regarding Feyenoord Striker For £30 million Deal.

Even if Michail Antonio has had an excellent start to the new campaign, West Ham could use another striker.

Gianluca Scamacca was lost by David Moyes during the summer transfer window, while Danny Ings has performed poorly for the Claret and Blue. The Feyenoord star Santiago Gimenez was one of the forwards who was recently pursued but finally did not sign with the London Stadium, according to a report by Aaron Dominguez on August 15 that the Hammers were in talks to sign the player.

The 22-year-old striker has remained with the Eredivisie team despite the Hammers’ desire to move him to East London during the summer transfer window, according to the Offsider journalist.

He might not be there for very long, though; on October 2, Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg tweeted that Eintracht Frankfurt is “very interested” in signing him during the January transfer window.

Plettenberg stated that the Bundesliga club’s current financial situation prevents them from paying his €35 million (£30 million) asking price.

If the Hammers want to rekindle their interest in the Mexico international this winter, that cost shouldn’t be a barrier.

Gimenez has scored 10 goals in his first seven league games this season, including a hat-trick against bitter rivals Ajax, so they would be unwise to ignore him.

Following the massive £105 million sale of Declan Rice to Arsenal, West Ham may still have some money in the bank even with the signing of James Ward-Prowse, Edson Alvarez, Mohammed Kudus, and Konstantinos Mavropanos.

In unrelated West Ham news, a Sky Sports reporter suggested calling up a “sensational” Hammers player for an international match.
