A car near North Walsham struck a tree, killing a man in his 20s.
A blue Ford Fiesta Zetec struck a tree close to the School Road intersection on North Walsham Road in Westwick at 12:42 p.m. on Saturday.
While emergency personnel, including fire and ambulance crews, responded to the scene, the road was closed.
At the scene, the driver, a man in his 20s, was declared deceased.
While the other two passengers received treatment for relatively minor wounds, one passenger sustained serious injuries.
