ENTRY AND TICKETING
Ninety minutes prior to kickoff, gates open. Please be aware that this game will not have cash turnstiles available.
As always, we kindly request that all fans arrive at the STōK Cae Ras well in advance of kickoff in order to minimise lines and make sure that any questions may be answered quickly.
Before entering the turnstiles, supporters should have their tickets or eTickets ready. We also urge that you carry a bag only when absolutely required to help shorten queue times (see the complete ‘Bag Searching’ section below).
If you chose to pick up your match-day tickets, please go to the Wrexham AFC Ticket Office, which is situated next to the club shop on the Wrexham Lager Stand side.
We recommend all supporters to obtain tickets ahead of matchday if feasible, to limit matchday waits and ensure that they can take their place in time for kick-off.
We kindly request that all supporters take into account the print-at-home/eTicket option going forward.
Please be aware that starting ninety minutes before kickoff, the ticket office will not be open for any additional questions pertaining to the game. This includes accessing online account inquiries and retrieving away tickets, which are only going to be available for ninety minutes prior to kickoff and following the game.
TEMPORARY KOP STAND Gate 25 may be found off of Mould Road on Crispin Lane. Kindly prepare your ticket for scanning.
There will be designated lanes for bag searches (please see below).
It is a reminder to all fans in the Temporary Kop Stand that tickets are only good for the designated seats. To ensure that we can safely accommodate the whole capacity of the stand, please only sit in the seat that is assigned to you. Above the points where people can enter the stand are the block numbers.
It is not allowed to stand in a way that prevents other fans from seeing you. Stewards will deal with supporters standing and obstructing the view of other supporters.
SEARCHING BAG
Due to the stricter searches that will be in place on matchdays, we recommend fans to arrive early to access the stadium. Security will search and tag all baggage; only A4-sized bags will be accepted.
Before entering the STōK Cae Ras, all supporters must allow ample time for arriving as they will be searched upon admittance.
It is not allowed to bring food or beverages into the stadium. This also contains flasks. Pushchairs are not allowed on the ground, and the STōK Cae Ras does not have a space for item storage.
The complete list of objects that are prohibited is available in our Ground Regulations.
GARAGE
There is parking near the stadium in the Wrexham University lot, which is accessible by Crispin Lane or the Plas Coch.
The parking lot will be managed independently from the football team and will cost £5.
The Wrexham Council website, located at https://www.wrexham.gov.uk/service/parking/find-car-park, has a list of alternate parking lots.
In the vicinity of the STōK Cae Ras, please park considerate of your neighbours, avoid obstructing driveways, and observe any posted restrictions.
HOSPITALITY
Supporters wishing to reach the Bamford Suite, Executive Room, or Board Room should use the Wrexham Lager Stand reception entrance, which is connected to the main club parking lot.
The Macron Stand on Mould Road reception is where supporters in the executive boxes and 1864 Partners Lounge should enter.
Kindly get in touch with commercial@wrexhamafc.co.uk if you have any inquiries about matchday hospitality.
For this game, KIOSKS refreshment kiosks—which provide a variety of hot and cold drinks, alcoholic drinks, hot food, and confectionery—will be open in the Wrexham Lager Stand, Macron Stand, STōK Cold Coffee Brew Stand, and behind the Temporary Kop.
On game day, supporters are kindly reminded to exercise patience with workers and volunteers and to keep representing our football club in a way that makes us all proud.
The Club would, if feasible, invite fans to use cashless transactions at kiosks in order to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Enjoy the game and your matchday at the STōK Cae Ras, we hope.
