Ryan Reynolds really does have a heart of gold, with a huge donation made to help cover the medical bills of ex-Wrexham star Martyn Chalk.
Chalk, a former midfielder for the Red Dragons, was involved in a serious accident that left him with multiple fractures and a broken femur, leaving him stranded in Thailand. Prior to being unable to return home, the 54-year-old—who lived at Racecourse Ground for six years between 1996 and 2002—must pay for any medical care he has received. A two-month stay in the Far East is anticipated.
