LUKE BOLTON has asked fans to “stick with us” as Wrexham attempts to stop their winless streak this evening against Sutton United.
Entering the League Two match at Gander Green Lane, Phil Parkinson’s team is coming off four straight losses across all competitions.
Wrexham is now ninth in the rankings, nine points behind leaders Stockport County with a game remaining. Three of the losses have occurred in the league.
On the day of the transfer deadline, Bolton, who was acquired from Salford City, stated: “Obviously, nobody wants to lose games. Both the players and the manager are not interested in losing.

On the day of the transfer deadline, Bolton, who was acquired from Salford City, stated: “Obviously, nobody wants to lose games. Both the players and the manager are not interested in losing.
“I feel the performance against Bradford was a lot better than last week against Salford, and we can build on that on Tuesday,” Bolton stated.
“We didn’t take our chances, and although we were right at it, the late goal has cost us.”
“Everyone is really frustrated, we should have been two-nil up at half-time but there are a lot of positives to take.”
Ryan Barnett has started at right wing-back for Wrexham, where Bolton has only made two substitute appearances. Despite this, the 24-year-old is thriving at his new team.
Bolton continued, “I have really enjoyed it.”
“The guys have been fantastic, and collaborating with Steve Parkin and the gaffer has been enjoyable.”
“I must exercise patience. Barney’s performance on Saturday was excellent, so the manager will find it challenging to manage two aggressive wing-backs.
“Whenever I get the opportunity I will try and get at people, get fans off their seats and do whatever I can for the team.”
